Can anyone recommend a good book (s) on equine nutrition?

my personal favourite is the NRC council nutrition guide, as it gives almost all known horse feedstuffs and all the average nutrition amounts...with that you can balance your own feeding program - assuming youknow how to do it. the NRC guide gives you recommendations on that as well... it also gives you the general nutrient guidelines for each class of horse (weight, amt of work, etc..)..

as far as learning about individual foodstuffs, that's a much longer and more complex process, and i learned a lot of it in college, and then thru various internet resources... dont know if kentucky equine research is still publishing stuff, but they have done a lot of informative research..

i study nutrition on an ongoing basis, as things are being learned or relearned on a regular basis as far as nutrition is concerned, and books written 10 years ago about what feeds to use are not nearly as valid as we once thought... tho the basic guidelines for what a horse needs nutritionally has not changed all that much...

Anyone know where I could find horse pictures 760x40?

I'm looking for some horse pictures that are 760x40.
Anyone know where to get them from, any sites or anything?

If you're talking about pixel size, I think you mean 760x400. Because a 760x40 size photo is going to be shaped like a ruler! Skinny and long. It won't look right.

You can buy a program for photo-editing, which will let you change any picture to the size you want. If you already have the program on your computer for Power Point presentations, you can save the pictures to your computer from wherever you find them (google search for free horse photos, and you'll get good results) and then insert them into the blank page in the Power Point program. You can change them to whatever size you want, then re-save them in that size. I have a separate file on my computer labeled "Share-Size Photos" where I put the pics I have made smaller. A good size to go by is 300x400 pixels.

Im trying to remeber the names of these, movies can anyone help?

Does anyone remember a movie about a boy with a really strong southern accent and he lived with his Grandma until she died I think? Or if she didn't die, her house was taken away, so he took all the money he had saved in a glass jar and tried to go find his dad, I think. And he took a horse with him too. Another part of the movie I remember was him and the horse eating a hamburger out of a dumpster. I can't remember what it was called!

the first one is Flash its a Disney channel tv movie.the 2nd idont know the 3rd is Rent-a-kid its also a disney movie.
